A two-part activation created with Foot Locker and Salomon, forming part of the XT Icons campaign, spotlighting Bristol - a city with one of the richest and most influential music cultures in the UK. Part one brought the activation to life at Lakota, one of Bristol's most iconic venues, for a night that spotlighted the city's diverse music scene. Curated by Reload Sound, the lineup featured BBC Radio 1Xtra's Izzy Bossy, Bristol's Amapiano queen Khiah Lou, multi-genre selector DJ Eazy and Bristol's own SIO - drawing 500+ people across an outdoor evening of dancehall, RnB, Amapiano, UK rap and global bass, with a creative build influenced by Bristol's Caribbean soundsystem culture, designed to seamlessly fit the city's industrial backdrop. Part two took the activation from the dancefloor to the store. The following day, Foot Locker Bristol hosted a daytime in-store moment with DJS curated by Reload Sound, product on the shelves and a selection of bespoke gifts for anyone who purchased a pair of XT Icons. Blending music, community and thoughtful touchpoints, the XT Icons Bristol Activation connected Salomon to real people and real spaces, celebrating what Bristol has always been - a cultural powerhouse and melting pot for a range of sounds.
